Robbie was born and raised in Callaway County and graduated from Fulton High School. Robbie has served at the Callaway County Jail since 1997. Robbie is a 2014 graduate of the Missouri Sheriff's Association Law Enforcement Academy. with his peace officers License in 2004.
Lt Bill Akers V
Jail Lieutenant
Bill grew up in Pike County, Missouri, and graduated from Clopton High School in 1981. Bill served three years in Missouri Army National Guard as a member of the 3175th Military Police Company in Warrenton, MO. Bill started his law enforcement career at the Pike County Sheriff's Office as one of their first jailers. In 1991 Bill moved to Callaway County where he has served as a Deputy Sheriff for the past 30 years. Bill was promoted to Lieutenant and transferred to the Callaway County Jail in 2017.
Lt Melissa Ewens
Jail Lieutenant
Melissa was born in Carrollton, MO and grew up in George West, TX. Melissa returned to Missouri and worked in the medical field for 28 years before moving to the corrections field. Melissa spent 3 year with the Randolph County Jail and came to the Callaway County Jail in 2019.

Sgt Fred Cave
Transport Officer
Fred was born and raised in Callaway County. Fred started his law enforcement career in New Bloomfield in 1973. Fred had served as the Chief of the Cedar City Police Department before the annex by Jefferson City 1989. Fred joined the Callaway County Sheriff's Office in 1990 and has worked as the transportation officer ever since. Fred has held a Commission as a Deputy Sheriff of Callaway County since 1973. Fred has driven over 6 million accident and incident free miles as our transportation officer.
Brenda Ollar
Administrative Assistant
Brenda is a lifelong resident of Callaway County. She graduated from Fulton High School in 1980. Brenda started her career as a detention officer in the Callaway County jail in 2013. Brenda has worked as the Administrative Assistant since 2016. Brenda has a family of two sons, and four grandchildren, all of Callaway County.
