Inmate Video Court
The 13th Circuit Court of Missouri (Callaway and Boone counties) support a video court system that allows for multiple legal proceedings to be conducted within the facility via video, thus allowing for the inmate to remain at the jail. As directed by the Court, jail staff will transport inmates to the Callaway County Courthouse, or any designated Court venue, for in-person proceedings. Inmate attorneys are permitted into the jail facility to represent their respective clients during video proceedings. During these proceedings, inmates are secured via jail restraints. Any other party wishing to view the proceedings, which are public matters, should respond to the Callaway County Courthouse.
