Inmate Property Disposal
If an inmate is being transferred to the Department of Corrections, or another county jail, they may release their personal property prior to such transfer. If the property is still at the jail at the time of the transfer, the property will go with the inmate. The Callaway County Jail will not hold an inmate's property after their transfer.
All inmate property, except as noted elsewhere, will remain in the Callaway County Jail Inmate Property Room until the inmate is released from custody.
