Sheriff’s Office K9 unit makes felony drug arrest during overnight patrols

CCSO K9 UNIT NETS FELONY DRUG ARREST DURING OVERNIGHT RURAL AREA PATROLS

Arrested person information:

Tresean Marshall, 28, of Fulton

Narrative: 

On January 2, 2020, at approximately 2:52 AM, a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office K9 unit was conducting proactive patrols in the area of County Road 108 and State Road Z east of Fulton.  During the course of the patrols, the K9 unit stopped a vehicle reference an ongoing criminal investigation.  A vehicle occupant was identified as Tresean Marshall, 28, of Fulton.

As a result of the investigation, two types of felony level controlled substances were located, in addition to misdemeanor marijuana.  Marshall was arrested and transported to the Callaway County Jail.  Marshall was booked/processed for two counts of Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, in addition to misdemeanor possession of marijuana.  Marshall was later released with summons to appear in Court.
