Kevin Guard, 31, Harrisburg, PA

On 5/27/2023 at approximately 10:30 PM, deputies responded to a report of a physical altercation in progress at a Kingdom City business.  Deputies identified the suspect as Kevin Guard, 31, of Harrisburg, PA.  Deputies located Guard nearby and after a short chase, Guard was taken into custody.  Guard was ultimately charged by the Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney's Office with three counts of Domestic Assault, two counts of Assault and one count of Resisting Arrest for a Felony.  Guard is being held without bond in accordance with the warrant.  Additionally, Guard was arrested on two outstanding warrants out of Cumberland County, PA, both of which are no bond warrants.

Brenton Stith, 35, Kingdom City, MO

On 5/29/2023 at approximately 2:15 PM, deputies responded to the 5600 block of Old US 40 regarding the report of a stolen UTV and trailer.  The subsequent investigation led deputies to a residence just south of Kingdom City where the UTV and trailer were located.  Brenton Stith, 35, of Kingdom City, MO was later arrested and charged by the Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney's Office with Tampering with a Motor Vehicle and Stealing, both felony offenses.  Stith posted $25,000.00 court set bond pending court appearance.

Bryton Ellis, 19, Fulton, MO

On 6/02/2023 at approximately 2:20 PM, deputies conducted a warrant investigation in the 800 block of Vine Street in Fulton.  The investigation involved Bryton T Ellis, 19, of Fulton, MO, who had been seen in the area.  Deputies subsequently located Ellis who was arrested on a Probation Violation Warrant regarding an original offense of Tampering with a Motor Vehicle with a $10,000.00 bond.  At the time of his arrest, Ellis was in possession of suspected methamphetamine.  The Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney's Office charged Ellis with Possession of a Controlled Substance and bond was court set at $2,000.00.  Ellis later posted bond and was released pending court appearance.

Dejuan Jordan, 38, Fulton, MO

Christine Kidwell, 36, Columbia, MO

On 6/05/2023 at approximately 10:30 AM, deputies responded to a Kingdom City business regarding a warrant investigation involving Dejaun O Jordan, 38, of Fulton, MO.  Deputies, assisted by the MSHP, located Jordan and Christine M Kidwell, 36, of Columbia, MO.  Jordan was arrested on a Failure to Appear Warrant out of Boone County on original charges of Property Damage and DWI.  Kidwell was arrested on a Missouri Department of Corrections Parole Violation.  Jordan posted $10,000.00 bond and was released.  Kidwell was transferred to the Department of Corrections.

Howard Agee, 28, Fulton, MO

On 6/08/2023 at approximately 6:40 PM, deputies responded to complaint at a residence southwest of Fulton.  Following an investigation into a reported assault complaint, Howard W Agee, 28, of Fulton, MO, was arrested by deputies.  The Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney's Office charged Agee with Domestic Assault 1st Degree and Armed Criminal Action.  Agee posted $10,000.00 court set bond and was released pending court appearance.

James Wills, 35, Fulton, MO

On 6/10/2013 at approximately 7:30 AM, deputies responded to a residence in Auxvasse to assist the Auxvasse Police Department with the arrest of James F Wills, 35, of Auxvasse, MO.  Upon contacting Wills at the residence, Wills resisted arrest and was eventually taken into custody.  The Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney's Office charged Wills with two Counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Operating a Motor Vehicle in a Careless and Imprudent Manner Involving an Accident, four counts of Assault 4th Degree and Resisting Arrest for a Felony.  Wills was held without bond in accordance with the court.  The Missouri Department of Corrections issued a Parole Violation for Wills and he was released to the Department of Corrections.

Joseph Wilhite, 49, Fulton, MO

On 6/10/2023 at approximately 5:00 PM, a deputy located Joseph L Wilhite, 49, of Fulton, MO on US Highway 54 near County Road 220.  It was known to the deputy that Wilhite had an outstanding warrant for his arrest.  Wilhite was subsequently arrested on a Callaway County Warrant for Domestic Assault.  Wilhite was held on no bond in accordance with the warrant.

Donald Todd, 44, Kingdom City, MO

On 6/14/2023 at approximately 10:00 AM, a deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle operated by Donald M Todd, 44, of Kingdom City, MO.  Todd was found in possession of suspected methamphetamine.  Todd was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and released on a summons pending court appearance.

John Belisle, 44, Fulton, MO

On 6/16/2023 at approximately 6:45 PM, deputies responded to a complaint of a stolen vehicle from a residence in eastern Callaway County.  Through the course of the subsequent investigation, deputies identified John D Belisle, 44, of Fulton, MO.  Belisle was located and arrested.  The Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney's Office charged Belisle with Tampering with a Motor Vehicle and Resisting Arrest for a Felony with a court set bond of $50,000.00.  Additionally, the prosecutor charged Belisle with Failure to Register as a Sex Offender 3rd Offense related to another Sheriff's Office investigation.  Bond was set by the court at $20,000.00 for that offense and Belisle remains in custody.

Kevin Jones, 37, Fulton, MO

On 6/19/2023 at approximately 12:30 AM, a deputy made a traffic stop on a vehicle for an equipment violation.  The passenger later identified as Kevin A Jones, 37, of Fulton, MO, immediately fled from the stop on foot.  Jones was taken into custody after a brief chase.  It was learned that Jones was wanted on a Maries County Warrant for Failure to Appear on an original charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance and he was wanted by the Missouri Department of Corrections for a Parole Violation.  The Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney's Office charged Jones with Resisting Arrest for a Felony and the bond was set by the court at $25,000.00.  Jones was held on no bond regarding the other cases and was later released to the Department of Corrections.
