Michael Moore, 50, Fulton, MO

On April 18, 2023, at 9:14 AM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies, in conjunction with the Fulton Police Department and M.U.S.T.A.N.G. Drug Task Force, conducted an investigation in the 800 block of Vine Street, Fulton.  During the course of the investigation; Michael Moore, 50, of Fulton, MO was arrested for a Missouri Department of Corrections (MDOC) state parole violation warrant, in addition to a Callaway County warrant for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Moore was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail.

Ethan Lomas, 27, New Bloomfield, MO

Austin Lomas, 25, Williamsburg, MO

On April 16, 2023, at 12:45 PM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted a follow-up investigation reference a vehicle theft offense that occurred on County Road 263.  As a result of the investigation; Ethan Lomas, 27, of New Bloomfield, MO was arrested for Felony Tampering and Felony Stealing.  As the investigation ensued concerning other past offenses that occurred in the Hatton, Calwood, Steedman and Miller County area, Ethan was charged with additional counts of (felony) Burglary and Felony Stealing.  Ethan was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail.  Additional investigation ultimately led to the arrest of Austin Lomas 25, of Williamsburg, MO for (felony) Burglary, Felony Tampering, Felony Receiving Stolen Property, and Missouri Department of Corrections (MDOC) state parole violations.  Austin too was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail.  The investigations are ongoing and further arrests/charges are possible.

Apollo Payne, 18, Jefferson City, MO

William White, 18, Jefferson City, MO

On April 15, 2023, at 11:01 PM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies, assisted by the Holts Summit Police Department, conducted a burglary investigation in the area of South Summit Drive.  Subsequently; Apollo Payne, 18, and William White, 18, both of Jefferson City, MO were arrested (felony) Burglary 2nd.  Both were booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail.  The Cole County Sheriff's Office assisted with the investigation.

Charles Braxton, 46, Fulton, MO

Shannon Moyle, 44, Fulton, MO

On April 14, 2023, at 3:26 PM, a Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputy was proactively patrolling Westminster Avenue in Fulton.  During the patrol, the deputy stopped Shannon Moyle, 44, of Fulton, MO for a traffic violation.  Charles Braxton, 46, of Fulton, MO was a vehicle occupant.  A significant amount of methamphetamine was discovered.  Moyle was arrested for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Braxton was arrested for Felony Delivery of a Controlled Substance.  Both were booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail. 

Rebecca Webb, 44, Williamsburg, MO

On April 12, 2023, at 1:56 AM, a Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputy conducted a proactive investigation in the area of State Road D and County Road 161.  During the investigation, the deputy located and arrested Rebecca Webb, 44, of Williamsburg, MO reference a Callaway County warrant for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Webb was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail.

Robert Menke, 42, Williamsburg, MO

On April 9, 2023, at 12:05 PM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted an investigation in the area of County Road 1031.  During the course of the investigation; Robert Menke, 42, of Williamsburg, MO was arrested for Felony Stealing (receiving stolen property; from Montgomery County).  Menke was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail.    

Cynthia Williamson-Davis, 60, Auxvasse, MO

On April 8, 2023, at 11:15 PM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted an investigation in the area of (north) Old Highway 54.  During the course of the investigation; Cynthia Williamson-Davis, 60, of Auxvasse, MO was arrested reference an Audrain County warrant for Felony Stealing.  Williamson-Davis was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail.

Ronald Aungerer, 52, Rolla, MO

On April 8, 2023, at 10:06 PM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted an investigation in the area of County Road 318.  During the course of the investigation; Ronald Aungerer, 52, of Rolla, MO was arrested reference a St. Louis County warrant for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Aungerer was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail.

Dana Eggleston, 57, Fulton, MO

On April 8, 2023, at 10:31 AM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted an investigation in the area of State Road C.  During the course of the investigation; Dana Eggleston, 57, of Fulton, MO was arrested reference a Callaway County felony warrant for Sexual Conduct in the Course of Public Duty.  Eggleston was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail.

Richard Hover, 38, Fulton, MO

On April 6, 2023, at 1:34 PM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted an investigation in the area of County Road 326.  During the course of the investigation; Richard Hoover, 38, of Fulton, MO was arrested for felony Unlawful Possession (felon in possession) of a Firearm.  Hoover was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail. 

Zachary Seidner, 35, Holts Summit, MO

On April 5, 2023, at 1:05 PM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted an investigation in the area of County Road 4047.  During the course of the investigation; Zachary Seidner, 35, of Holts Summit, MO was arrested for Felony Assault, Felony Harassment and a felony Callaway County probation violation warrant.  Seidner was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail. 

Stephanie Meyer, 36, Fulton, MO

On April 2, 2023, at 8:39 AM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted an investigation in the area of County Road 405.  During the course of the investigation; Stephanie Meyer, 36, of Fulton, MO was arrested reference a Callaway County warrant for felony probation violation (original charge - stealing).  Meyer was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail.

Corey Byrd, 32, Holts Summit, MO

On April 1, 2023, at 6:51 PM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies initially responded to a suspicious activity/trespassing incident on County Road 4037.  Upon the arrival of deputies; Corey Byrd, 32, of Holts Summit, MO fled from deputies on foot.  On April 2, 2023, at 1:26 AM, a second suspicious activity/trespassing incident occurred on nearby County Road 4032.  Several deputies converged on the area.  A deputy equipped with a UAS (drone) located Byrd hiding in the woods behind the County Road 4032 residence.  Byrd was arrested for Trespassing and booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail.  The Holts Summit Police Department and the Missouri State Highway Patrol assisted with the investigation.  

Michael Nichols, 71, Fulton, MO

On March 30, 2023, at 2:46 PM, Callaway County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted an investigation in the area of State Road F.  During the course of the investigation; Michael Nichols, 71, of Fulton, MO was arrested for (felony) Statutory Sodomy and Felony Tampering with a Victim in a Prosecution.  Nichols was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail.
