Fulton man charged for Delivery of a Controlled Substance and Possession of a Controlled Substance after he brings narcotics into the Jail

DEPUTIES ARREST FULTON MAN FOR DELIVERY OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Arrested person information:

Tyler Clark, 29, of Fulton

Narrative:

On August 28, 2019, the Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney charged Tyler Clark, 29, of Fulton with the felony drug offenses of Delivery of a Controlled Substance and Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Clark is being held in the Callaway County Jail on $10,000.00 bond.

On this date, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies found Clark to have cocaine and marijuana concealed upon his person.  Clark had earlier been arrested by the Fulton Police Department and transferred to the custody of the Callaway County Jail.  At the jail, Callaway County deputies and corrections officers further investigated and found Clark to possess the aforementioned controlled substances.
