Deputies make arrest for methamphetamine, cocaine, firearms and various warrants between March 3 and March 6

METH, HEROIN, COCAINE, FIREARM, AND WARRANT ARRESTS ROUND OUT ANOTHER WEEK OF PROACTIVE DEPUTY WORK

Clifford Braggs, 52, of Fulton, MO

Michael Cone, 46, of Camdenton, MO

Dessie Reeves, 37, of Jefferson City, MO

Andrew Anyaeto, 35, of Fulton, MO

Narrative:                 

On March 3, 2021, at 7:05 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted an investigation concerning a disturbance involving weapons in the 5000 block of Jade Road, Kingdom City.  During the course of the investigation, deputies subsequently located the suspect, James Boyce, 58, of Fulton, MO.  During the investigation, heroin and crack cocaine were also recovered.  The Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney charged Boyce with the felony offenses of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Unlawful Use of a Weapon, Delivery of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Boyce remains in-custody at the Callaway County Jail pending bond post.

On March 4, 2021, at 6:24 AM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies executed a Callaway County drug search warrant at a residence in the 300 block of Westminster Avenue, Fulton.  The warrant had been obtained as the result of an ongoing Sheriff’s Office drug investigation.  Cocaine and other felony level controlled substances were located.  The Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney charged Clifford Braggs, 52, of Fulton, MO with the felony offenses of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Unlawful Use of a Weapon, and Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Braggs remains in-custody at the Callaway County Jail pending bond post.  The Fulton Police Department and the MUSTANG drug task force assisted deputies.

On March 5, 2021, at 9:07 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies, assisted by the Missouri State Highway Patrol, conducted an investigation in the area of State Road F.  During the investigation, deputies located Michael Cone, 46, of Camdenton, MO.  Cone was wanted reference several felony warrants issued in Johnson and Camden County for charges including Child Molestation, Child Neglect, and Theft/Fraud.  Cone was arrested, transported to the Callaway County Jail, and later released to the custody of another agency.

On March 6, 2021, at 1:09 AM, a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputy was proactively patrolling the area of State Road F.  During the course of the patrols, the deputy stopped Dessie Reeves, 37, of Jefferson City, MO for a traffic violation.  Methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were located.  Reeves was arrested for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail, and later released with summons for Court appearance.

On March 6, 2021, at 10:28 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted an investigation in the 8000 block of State Road NN.  During the course of the investigation, a deputy contacted Andrew Anyaeto, 35, of Fulton, MO.  Anyaeto fled from the deputy on foot and was captured after a foot pursuit.  A significant amount of controlled substances were located, including methamphetamine, heroin, and cocaine.  The Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney charted Anyaeto with the felony offenses of Trafficking Drugs and Resisting Arrest.  Anyaeto remains in-custody at the Callaway County Jail without bond pending later Court bond review and setting.
