Deputies arrest two for methamphetamine possession during separate investigations on February 10, 2020

METH ARRESTS CONTINUE AS RESULT OF CCSO PATROLS AND INVESTIGATIONS

Arrested person information:       

Tyler Marshall, 19, of Fulton

David Bulson, 56, of Fulton

Narrative: 

On February 10, 2020, at approximately 11:20 AM, a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputy was traveling through Fulton.  While passing by Hockaday Park, the deputy observed Tyler Marshall, 19, of Fulton in the park.  The deputy knew Marshall was wanted by the Troy, MO (Lincoln County) Police Department reference a felony stealing investigation.  The deputy subsequently contacted Marshall and took him into custody.  Marshall was subsequently found to be in possession of methamphetamine.  Marshall was transported to the Callaway County Jail where he was booked/processed for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance (meth).  Marshall was later transferred to the custody of Troy Police Department officers for return to their venue.  The Fulton Police Department assisted with the investigation.

On February 10, 2020, at approximately 11:48 AM, a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputy conducted an investigation on State Road O.  During the course of the investigation, the deputy came into contact with David Bulson, 56, of Fulton, MO.  Bulson was subsequently found to be in possession of methamphetamine.  Bulson was transported to the Callaway County Jail where he was booked/processed for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance (meth).  Bulson was later released with summons to appear in Court.
