Deputies arrest ten during patrols and investigations

PROACTIVE PATROLS AND CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS NET SEVERAL FELONY ARRESTS

Terrance Smith, 39, of Fulton, MO

Dominique Williams, 35, St. Louis, MO

Jared Evans, 32, of Kingdom City, MO

Patrick Baker, 30, of Hazelwood, MO

John Belisle, 42, of Fulton, MO

Michael Moore, 48, of Fulton, MO

Dwight Jinson, 63, of New Bloomfield, MO

Daniel Sewell, 44, of Fulton, MO

Jessica Tate, 30, of Fulton, MO

Narrative:  

On April 14, 2021, at 12:33 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted an investigation in the 3000 block of Gold Road.  During the course of the investigation, deputies located David Lucas, 42, of Kingdom City, MO.  Lucas was wanted reference an Audrain County warrant for Felony Assault.  Lucas was arrested, transported to the Callaway County Jail, and later transferred to the Audrain County Jail.

On April 16, 2021, at 12:15 AM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted an investigation in the 3000 block of Gold Road.  During the course of the investigation, deputies located Terrance Smith, 39,of Fulton, MO.  Smith was wanted reference Clay and Saline County warrants for Felony Non-Support and Probation Violation.  Smith was also found to be in possession of methamphetamine.  Smith was arrested, transported to the Callaway County Jail, and booked/processed for the aforementioned warrants in addition to Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Smith was later transferred to the Saline County Jail.

On April 16, 2021, at 11:26 a.m., Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to the area of County Road 197 for a reported burglary in progress.  Upon the arrival of deputies, they located the suspect, identified as Dominique Williams, 35, of St. Louis, MO, on foot in the immediate area.  Williams was also accompanied by a juvenile child.  Williams was arrested and transported to the Callaway County Jail.  The Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney charged Williams with Trespassing, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Possession of Marijuana.  Williams was later released on bond pending Court appearance. 

On April 19, 2021, at 7:59 a.m., a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputy was proactively patrolling the area of Jade Road.  During the proactive patrol, the deputy spotted Jared Evans, 32, of Kingdom City, MO.  Evans was wanted referenced Audrain County felony warrants. Evans was stopped, arrested, transported to the Callaway County Jail and later transferred to the Audrain County Jail.  

On April 19, 2021, at 11:52 p.m., a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputy was proactively patrolling the area of State Road Z.  During the proactive patrol, the deputy stopped Patrick Baker, 30, of Hazelwood, MO for a traffic violation.  Methamphetamine, heroin, and other felony level controlled substances were located.  Baker was arrested and transported to the Callaway County Jail. The Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney charged Baker with three counts of Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Baker later posted bond and was released pending Court appearance.

On April 20, 2021, at 12:56 p.m., Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted an investigation in the area of County Road 123.  John Belisle, 42, of Fulton, MO subsequently fled on foot in attempt to evade deputies.  A foot pursuit ensued and Belisle was taken into custody.  On April 7, 2021, Belisle had also fled from deputies in the area of Jade Road and State Road JJ.  Belisle was transported to the Callaway County Jail.  The Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney charged Belisle with Resisting Arrest, in addition to assault and drug related offenses.  Belisle remains in-custody pending bond post.

On April 21, 2021, at 11:04 a.m., Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted an investigation in the area of  State Road NN.  During the course of the investigation, deputies located Michael Moore, 48, of Fulton, MO.  Moore was wanted referenced a felony Missouri Department of Corrections (MDOC) warrant for parole violations.  Moore was arrested, transported to the Callaway County Jail, and later transferred to the custody of MDOC.

On April 23, 2021, at 10:23 a.m., Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted an investigation in the New Bloomfield area.  During the course of the investigation, deputies located Dwight Jinson, 63, of New Bloomfield, MO.  Jinson was wanted reference Callaway County warrants for felony weapons and assault offenses.  Jinson was arrested, transported to the Callaway County Jail, and later released with bond conditions pending Court appearance.  

 On April 23, 2021, at 2:25 p.m., Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted an investigation in the area of  State Road H.  During the course of the investigation, deputies located Daniel Sewell, 44, of Fulton, MO.  Sewell was wanted reference a State of Alabama warrant for felony theft.  Sewell was arrested, transported to the Callaway County Jail, and remains in-custody pending extradition proceedings.

On April 25, 2021, at 9:31 a.m., a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputy was proactively patrolling the area of State Road F.  During the proactive patrol, the deputy stopped Jessica Tate, 30, of Fulton, MO for a traffic violation.  Felony level controlled substances and marijuana were located.  Tate was arrested, transported to the Callaway County Jail, booked/processed for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, and later released with summons for Court appearance.
