Deputies arrest six for for Felony Drug / Theft / Fugitive offenses between August 24 and August 31

ARRESTS FOR FELONY DRUG, THEFT/PROPERTY CRIME, AND FUGITIVE OFFENSES CONTINUE ACROSS THE COUNTY

Tristan Maynard, 23, of Fulton, MO

Everardo Andrade, 19, of Jefferson City, MO

Thomas Buckner, 55, of Fulton, MO

Britany Watson (Moore), 25, of Fulton, MO

Jacob Forck, 23, of Fulton, MO

David Patton, 30, of California, MO

Narrative: 

On August 31, 2020, the Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney charged Tristan Maynard, 23, of Fulton, MO with the felony offenses of Tampering with a Motor Vehicle 1st and Resisting Arrest. On August 30, 2020, at approximately 1:30 AM, a Callaway County Sheriff’s deputy came into contact with Maynard on 2nd Street in Fulton.  At that time, Maynard was wanted reference two felony State of Georgia warrants, in addition to a Fulton PD vehicle tampering investigation.  Maynard fled from the deputy on foot.  On August 31, 2020, at approximately 12:37 AM, deputies located Mayard at a residence on County Road 496 near New Bloomfield and arrested him.  Maynard remains in-custody at the Callaway County Jail without bond.

On August 30, 2020, at approximately 3:23 PM, a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputy as proactively patrolling the New Bloomfield – Holts Summit area.  During the course of the proactive patrol, the deputy stopped Everardo Andrade, 19, of Jefferson City, MO for a traffic violation on Platinum Drive.  Subsequently, a felony level controlled substance was located.  Andrade was arrested, transported to the Callaway County Jail, and booked/processed for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Andrade was later released with summons for Court appearance.

On August 25, 2020, at approximately 1:25 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted an investigation in the 1500 block of Ewing Street in Fulton.  During the course of the investigation, deputies located Thomas Buckner, 55, of Fulton, MO. Buckner was wanted reference a Callaway County felony warrant for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.  Buckner was arrested, transported to the Callaway County Jail, and later released after posting bond.

On August 24, 2020, at approximately 8:19 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted an investigation in the Green Meadows trailer park near Fulton.  During the course of the investigation, deputies located Britany Watson (Moore), 25, of Fulton, MO.  Watson was wanted reference felony Cole and Boone county warrants – charges including Robbery, Burglary, and Stealing.  Watson was arrested, transported to the Callaway County Jail, and later transferred to the custody of the Cole County Jail.

On August 24, 2020, at approximately 3:58 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies investigated a disturbance in the area of County Road 259 near Millersburg.  During the course of the investigation, deputies subsequently located Jacob Forck, 23, of Fulton, MO whom was hiding in a nearby shed.  Forck was transported to the Callaway County Jail where he was booked/processing for Felony Property Damage.  Forck later posted bond and was released pending Court appearance.

On August 24, 2020, at approximately 3:20 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted an investigation on County Road 4039 near Holts Summit.  During the course of the investigation, deputies located a stolen vehicle from Laclede County.  Deputies further located David Patton, 30, of California, MO and arrested him.  Patton was transported to the Callaway County Jail where he was booked/processing for Felony Tampering with a Motor Vehicle 1st.  Patton later posted bond and was released pending Court appearance.
