Deputies arrest nine for a wide array of felony offenses between July 20 and July 27

CCSO REPORTS MULTIPLE FELONY ARRESTS FOR AN ARRAY OF OFFENSES

Damien Rotter, 24, of Holts Summit, MO

Charles Johnson, 45, of Fulton, MO

Adam Cummings, 29 of Cuba, MO

Helen Salmons, 54, of Kingdom City, MO

Duane Woodmansee, 52, of Fulton, MO

Lisa Morris, 31, of Fulton, MO

Victoria Loyd, 22, of Fulton, MO

Devin Albers-Hook, 19, of Fulton, MO

Kyle Warden, 31, of Fulton, MO

Narrative: 

On July 27, 2020, at 3:02 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted a fugitive investigation in the 1200 block of South Summit Drive.  During the course of the investigation, a deputy located Damien Rotter, 24, of Holts Summit, MO.  On July 27, 2020 Rotter had been released to pre-trial release in Cole County and violated the terms of his pre-release.  Subsequently a Cole County felony warrant had been issued for Rotter for charges of Unlawful possession of a firearm, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Tampering with Physical Evidence in a Felony Prosecution, Resisting Arrest for a Felony, Burglary 2nd, (2) counts of Stealing over $750 and Property Damage 1st.  Rotter was arrested and transported to the Cole County Jail where he is being held without bond, per Judge’s order.

On July 25, 2020, at 2:10 PM, a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office Deputy conducted a criminal investigation in the 5700 block of County Road 240.  During the course of the investigation, the deputy located Helen Salmons, 54, of Kingdom City, MO.  Salmons was wanted reference a Pettis County warrant for Assault 4th and a Benton County warrant for Parental Kidnapping.  Salmons was arrested and transported to the Callaway County Jail where he is being held on a court ordered bond of $101,500.

On July 24, 2020, at 10:23 PM, a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office Deputy stopped Charles Johnson, 45, of Fulton, MO.  During the course of the investigation Johnson was arrested for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.  A vehicle passenger, Adam Cummings, 29 of Cuba, MO, was also arrested for Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Both were transported to the Callaway County Jail where they were later released pending Court appearance.

On July 24, 2020, at 2:15 PM, a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office Deputy attempted to conduct a vehicle stop on Bluff Street in Fulton. The driver Walter Shafer was wanted for questioning regarding an ongoing stealing investigation.  Shafer fled from the deputy at speeds over 60 MPH on 2nd Street and was taken into custody by deputies in the 1200 block of State Road O.  Shafer was released to the Callaway County Jail where he later posted bond on charges of Resisting Arrest, C&I Driving, Failure to Drive Right Half of Roadway and Stealing.

On July 24, 2020, at 4:37 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted a criminal investigation along State Road J north of Millersburg.  During the course of the investigation, a deputy located Duane Woodmansee, 52, of Fulton, MO.  Woodmansee was wanted reference a Callaway County felony warrant for Assault.  Woodmansee was arrested and transported to the Callaway County Jail where he is being held without bond, per Judge’s order pending later bond assessment/review.

On July 23, 2020, at 2:47 AM, a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office Deputy was proactively patrolling the Millersburg area.  During the patrol, the deputy located Lisa Morris, 31, of Fulton, MO in the 2000 block of State Road F.  Morris was wanted by the Missouri Department of Corrections for state parole violations.  Morris was arrested and transported to the Callaway County Jail.  Morris was later returned to the custody of the Missouri Department of Corrections.

On July 22, 2020, at 1:16 AM, a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office Deputy conducted a criminal investigation in the 200 block of South Westminster Avenue in Fulton.  During the course of the investigation, the deputy located Victoria Loyd, 22, of Fulton, MO.  Loyd was wanted reference a stealing investigation and upon arrest, found to be in possession of a felony controlled substance.  Loyd was transported to the Callaway County Jail where she was booked for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance and Stealing.  Loyd was later released with summons for later Court appearance.

On July 22, 2020, at 12:55 AM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted a criminal investigation in the Green Meadows trailer park outside of Fulton.  During the course of the investigation, deputies arrested Devin Albers-Hook, 19, of Fulton, MO for the felony offenses of Stealing and Property Damage.  Albers-Hook was transported to the Callaway County Jail where he later posted bond and was released pending Court appearance.

On July 21, 2020, at 8:27 AM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted a criminal investigation involving an incident on County Road 305 near Fulton, MO.  Subsequently, Kyle Warden, 31, of Fulton was arrested for Felony Leaving the Scene of an Accident and Making a False Report.  Warden was transported to the Callaway County Jail where he was booked/processed and later released with summons for Court appearance.
