On July 12, 2021, at 10:34 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted an investigation in the area of County Road 338 near Guthrie.  During the course of the investigation, deputies located Brian Barrett, 49, of Jefferson City, MO.  Barrett was wanted reference a Cole County warrant for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Additionally, Barrett was charged by the Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney with Felony Assault reference an incident that occurred earlier in the evening along State Road AA near Holts Summit.  Barrett was arrested, transported to the Callaway County Jail, and remains in-custody pending bond post.

On July 11, 2021, at 11:34 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted an investigation in the area of County Road 415 near Hams Prairie.  During the course of the investigation, deputies located Jesse Devalle, 40, of Fulton, MO.  Devalle was wanted reference a Callaway County felony warrant – sex offender violations.  Devalle was arrested, transported to the Callaway County Jail, and remains in-custody pending bond post.

On July 11, 2021, at 4:27 AM, a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputy was proactively patrolling the area of State Road H and State Road J near Carrington. During the course of the patrol, the deputy stopped a vehicle reference a traffic violation.  A vehicle passenger, later identified as Brent Andrews, 31, of California, MO attempted to provide the deputy with a false identity.  Methamphetamine was subsequently discovered.  Andrews was arrested, transported to the Callaway County Jail, and booked/processed for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Additionally, Andrews was wanted reference a Cole County warrant for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Andrews remains in-custody pending bond post.

On July 9, 2021, at 10:54 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted an investigation in the area of County Road 108 and County Road 115 near Calwood.  During the course of the investigation, deputies located Darrell Sanders, 32, of Fulton, MO.  Sanders was wanted reference a Callaway County warrant for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Sanders was arrested, transported to the Callaway County Jail, and later posted bond.

On July 9, 2021, at 2:40 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office staff conducted an investigation concerning a sex offender registration violation.  Subsequently; Lucas Pickering, 31, of New Bloomfield, MO was arrested for Fail to Register as a Sex Offender.  Pickering was taken to the Callaway County Jail, booked/processed, and later released with summons for Court appearance.

On July 9, 2021, at 4:43 AM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted an investigation near the US Highway 54 – Interstate 70 interchange in Kingdom City, MO.  During the course of the investigation, deputies came into contact with Danelle Hollingsworth, 44, of St. Louis, MO.  Hollingsworth was found to be in possession of multiple felony level controlled substances, in addition to marijuana.  Hollingsworth was arrested, transported to the Callaway County Jail, booked/processed for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, and later released with summons for Court appearance.

On July 8, 2021, at 4:39 PM, a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputy was proactively patrolling South Summit Drive near Holts Summit. During the course of the patrol, the deputy stopped Levi Cottingham, 39, of Dixon, MO.  Cottingham was wanted reference a Randolph County felony warrant for a drug offense.  The deputy subsequently discovered methamphetamine.  Cottingham was arrested, transported to the Callaway County Jail, and booked/processed for Delivery of a Controlled Substance, in addition to the Randolph County warrant.  Cottingam remains in-custody pending bond post.

On July 7, 2021, at 6:35 PM, a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputy was proactively patrolling the area of State Road F near Fulton.  During the course of the patrol, the deputy stopped Michael Burgeson, 35, of Monroe, MO for a traffic violation.  The deputy subsequently discovered methamphetamine.  Burgeson was arrested, transported to the Callaway County Jail, booked/processed for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance and remains in-custody pending bond post.

On July 7, 2021, at 9:43 AM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies initially responded to a stealing-in-progress at a Millersburg business. While responding, a deputy located the suspect vehicle on State Road RA.  Upon the deputy attempting to stop the vehicle; a pursuit entailed traveling County Road 246 and other secondary roadways.  The vehicle subsequently traveled off the roadway and all three occupants fled on foot.  Later in the afternoon, at 3:51 PM, Amy Whaley, 43, of Farmington, MO was located along County Road 230 and arrested by deputies.  Whaley was wanted in Jefferson County, MO for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance and Burglary. At the time of Whaley’s arrest, she was found to be in possession of felony controlled substances. Whaley was transported to the Callaway County Jail where she remains in custody.  At 5:58 AM (July 8, 2021), a Callaway County deputy located Scott Pace, 38, of Pevely, MO near County Road 343, where he was arrested. Deputies determined Pace was wanted in Jefferson County, MO for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance. At the time of Pace’s arrest, he was found to be in possession of a felony controlled substance. Pace was transported to the Callaway County Jail where he remains in custody.   The third suspect, Brett Shepard, remains outstanding, however during the subsequent investigation, deputies have identified a local resident whom had contact with Shepard — not realizing he was wanted — and transported him away from Millersburg.

On July 7, 2021, at 6:22 AM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies simultaneously executed a second drug related search warrant in the 3000 block of Gold Road in Kingdom City.  The search warrant had been obtained by deputies as the result of an ongoing Sheriff’s Office drug investigation.  Subsequently, methamphetamine, cocaine, and other felony level controlled substances were located.  Rachel Allen, 56, of Kingdom City, MO was arrested for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, transported to the Callaway County Jail, booked/processed, and later posted bond.

On July 7, 2021, at 6:17 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies executed a drug related search warrant in the 3000 block of Gold Road in Kingdom City.  The search warrant had been obtained by deputies as the result of an ongoing Sheriff’s Office drug investigation.  Subsequently, heroin and other controlled substances were located.  Scott Grant, 39, of Kingdom City, MO was arrested for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Grant was transported to the Callaway County Jail, booked/processed, and later released pending Court appearance.

On July 6, 2021, at 4:16 AM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted an investigation in the 3000 block of County Road 211 in Kingdom City.  During the course of the investigation, deputies came into contact with Judy Quinton, 60, of Littleton, CO.  Quinton was found to be in possession of methamphetamine.  Quinton was arrested, transported to the Callaway County Jail, booked/processed for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, and remains in-custody pending bond post.

On July 6, 2021, at 2:52 AM, Callaway county Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted an investigation in the 3000 block of Gold Road in Kingdom City.  During the course of the investigation, deputies came into contact with Roger Pitts, 48, of Kingdom City, MO.  Pitts was found to be in possession of methamphetamine.  Pitts was arrested, transported to the Callaway County Jail, booked/processed for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, and remains in-custody pending bond post.

On July 6, 2021, at 12:20 AM, a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputy was proactively patrolling the area of County Road 256 and County Road 257 near Millersburg.  During the course of the patrol, the deputy stopped a vehicle reference a traffic violation.  A vehicle passenger was identified as Sarah Grover, 38, of Columbia.  The deputy subsequently discovered methamphetamine.  Grover was arrested, transported to the Callaway County Jail, booked/processed for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance and later posted bond.

On July 5, 2021, at 8:40 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies investigated a stolen vehicle offense in the area of County Road 240 near Kingdom City.  Hours later, the vehicle was located and recovered by deputies.  Kimberly Ennis, 32, of Mexico, MO was arrested and transported to the Callaway County Jail.  The Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney charged Ennis with Felony Tampering with a Motor Vehicle.  Ennis remains in-custody pending bond post.

On July 4, 2021, at 12:36 AM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted an investigation in the area of County Road 306 near Fulton.  During the course of the investigation, deputies located Rodregus Hutt, 32, of Jefferson City, MO.  Hutt was wanted reference a Cole County warrant for Felony Assault.  Hutt was arrested, transported to the Callaway County Jail, booked/processed, and later posted bond.

On July 3, 2021, at 7:26 AM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a burglary in progress on County Road 207 near Fulton.  Upon the arrival of deputies; the burglar, Eric Smith, 47, of Kingdom City, MO was located armed and hiding in an exterior structure on the victim’s property.  Smith was arrested and transported to the Callaway County Jail.  The Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney charged Smith with the felony offenses of Burglary, Unlawful Use of a Weapon, and Attempted Stealing.  Smith is being held without bond, pending later Court bond review and setting.

On July 2, 2021, at 11:10 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted an investigation along Old Highway 54 at Lake Mykee. During the investigation, deputies came into contact with Brandon Watts, 25, of Jefferson City, MO.  Watts was wanted the Missouri Department of Corrections for felony probation violations. Watts was arrested, transported to the Callaway County Jail, and later transferred to the custody of the Cole County Jail (as the original charges for probation were in Cole County).

On July 2, 2021, at 3:19 AM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted an investigation in the area of State Road OO near Holts Summit.  During the course of the investigation, deputies located Holly Smith, 34, of Holts Summit, MO.  Smith was wanted reference a Callaway County warrant for Felony DWI.  Smith was arrested, transported to the Callaway County Jail, booked/processed, and remains in-custody pending bond post.

On July 1, 2021, as the result of an extensive investigation conducted by Callaway County Sheriff’s Office, in conjunction with the Miller County Sheriff’s Office, Callaway County deputies arrested Timothy Ward, 43, of Fulton, MO for Fail to Register as a Sex Offender. Ward was transported to the Callaway County Jail, booked/processed, and later released with summons for Court appearance.

On June 30, 2021, at 4:57 PM, a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputy was proactively patrolling County Road 220 near Kingdom City. During the course of the investigation, the deputy stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation.  A vehicle occupant was identified as Brittany Stith, 35, of Kingdom City.  Felony level controlled substances were located.  Stith was arrested, transported to the Callaway County Jail, booked/processed for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, and later released with summons for Court appearance.
