Arrested person information:

Allen, Scott, 53, of Williamsburg

On November 12, 2017 at approximately 2:59 p.m., a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputy was patrolling County Road 135 outside of Williamsburg.  During the patrol, the deputy observed Scott Allen, whom was known to have several felony Audrain County warrants for his arrest, operating a motor vehicle.  The deputy pursued Allen in his vehicle for a short time.  Allen then abandoned the vehicle and fled into the woods on foot.  The deputy pursued Allen into the woods and called for assistance from the Callaway County Sheriff’s Office K9 unit.

Allen was transported direct to the Audrain County Jail where he remains on NO BOND regarding the felony Audrain County warrants.   Additional charges for Felony Resisting Arrest and Felony Driving While Revoked will be referred to the Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney.
