Williamsburg fugitive arrested for narcotics possession (7th drug arrest over December 2-3 weekend)

DEPUTIES MAKE 7th DRUG ARREST OVER THE WEEKEND DURING FUGITIVE APPREHENSION

Arrested person information: 

Stacy Moore, 46, of Williamsburg

Narrative:

On December 3, 2017 at 5:17 p.m., Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies followed-up on a wanted person investigation in the 3000 block of County Road 144 near Williamsburg.  Information had been developed that Stacy Moore, 46, of Williamsburg was residing at a residence in this area.  Moore was a wanted person out of Lincoln County, MO for a FELONY charge of criminal Non-Support.

Upon the arrival of deputies, a residential search was conducted and Moore was found inside.  Upon Moore being taken into custody, he was found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine.  Moore was transported to the Callaway County Jail and booked / processed for FELONY Possession of a Controlled Substance, in addition to the Lincoln County warrant.  Moore was placed on a court set bond of $5,000.00, which he later posted and was released pending court appearance.

The investigation is ongoing and further charges could be forthcoming.  NO FURTHER INFORMATION WILL BE RELEASED AT THIS TIME.
