Narrative:

On October 19, 2018, at approximately 11:25 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to the 4000 block of County Road 202 to investigate a disturbance complaint.  Deputies further garnered information that Forest Warford, 28, of Fulton — a wanted felon – was involved in the disturbance.  Waford was wanted on a Callaway County felony warrant for Probation Violation (original charges of Burglary and Theft)

Upon deputies’ arrival to the area, they contacted several subjects, including Warford.  As attempts were made to detain Warford, he fled from deputies and a search for him ensued.  Deputies were assisted by the Missouri State Highway Patrol and the Audrain County Sheriff’s Office K9 unit.  Later in the morning (October 20, 2018), Warford was located by Callaway County deputies on County Road 202 and taken into custody.  During the investigation, Warford was found to possess Methamphetamine, Cocaine, and Marijuana.

Warford is being held in the Callaway County Jail without bond pending a Court bond setting.
