Two Williamsburg men arrested after deputies execute arrest warrant at a residence outside of Williamsburg

Joshua Erbschloe, 25, of Williamsburg


On January 23, 2018 at 2:09 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrived at a residence in the 4000 block of County Road 137 near Williamsburg in attempt to serve a FELONY Audrain County arrest warrant.  The warrant was for the arrest of James Erbschloe, 54, of Williamsburg for Failure to Appear in Audrain County court.  Deputies had been attempting to locate and arrest James for several days, to no avail.

Approximately one hour after deputies arrived to the residence, warrant entry was made into a residence and James was located and taken into custody.  During the scene investigation, deputies encountered Joshua Erbschloe, 25, of Wiliamsburg.  Joshua was arrested for Felony Hindering Prosecution.

Both were transported to the Callaway County Jail for booking / processing.  James remains in-custody pending a court-set bond of $5,000.00 cash only.  Joshua was subsequently released on a criminal summons for later court appearance.
