Three charged for felony stealing after investigations across Callaway County

THREE CHARGED WITH FELONY STEALING RELATED OFFENSES AFTER SHERIFF’S OFFICE INVESTIGATIONS ACROSS THE COUNTY

Arrested person information:  

Rebecca Graham, 35, of Clark, MO

Dustin Wheeler, 31, of Columbia, MO

Skyler Dingwell, 25, of Columbia, MO

As the result of criminal investigations conducted by the Callaway County Sheriff’s Office, three subjects have been charged by the Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney with felony stealing related offenses throughout the county.  In summary;

Rebecca Graham, 35, of Clark, MO has been charged with the felony offense of Tampering with a Motor Vehicle 1st, in addition to trespassing.  Graham is currently in the custody of the Missouri Department of Corrections and will be extradited to Callaway County, when applicable.  Deputies were initially involved in a vehicle pursuit with Graham on August 21, 2019.  Deputies attempted to stop Graham on US Highway 54 in Kingdom City, at which time; she eluded deputies after driving through several crop fields in the Hatton area.  On August 23, 2019, Graham stole a vehicle on County Road 263 near Hatton, which vehicle was recovered within two hours in Boone County.   Graham was later captured in Randolph County.

Dustin Wheeler, 31, of Columbia, MO has been charged with the felony offense of Attempted Stealing of a Motor Vehicle, in addition to other stealing and property damage offenses.  Wheeler is in the custody of the Missouri Department of Corrections and will be extradited to Callaway County, when applicable.  The charges are the result of an investigation conducted by the Callaway County Sheriff’s Office, assisted by the Fulton Police Department, in Fulton.  Wheeler is charged with attempting to steal a motor vehicle at a business on Gaylord Drive in Fulton. 

Skyler Dingwell, 25, of Columbia, MO has been charged with the felony offense of Attempted Stealing of a Motor Vehicle, in addition to other stealing and property damage offenses.  The charges are the result of investigations conducted by the Callaway County Sheriff’s Office in the Fulton and Millersburg area.  Dingwell is charged with attempting to steal a motor vehicle at a business on Gaylord Drive in Fulton, in addition to stealing items from a business in the 4000 block of State Road J in Millersburg.   Dingwell next scheduled Court appearance is January 17, 2020.

Several other theft related offenses across the county remain under investigation and further arrests/charges are probable.
