Three arrested after Deputies executed narcotics related search warrant in Kingdom City

Joseph Wyatt, 29, of Kingdom City, MO

Brittney Snyder, 28, of Mexico, MO

On December 6, 2017 at 6:07 AM, the Callaway County Sheriff’s Office executed a Callaway County narcotics search warrant in the 3000 block of County Road 226 in Kingdom City.  The search warrant had been obtained as the result of a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office narcotics investigation.  The MUSTANG drug task force assisted with the investigation and search warrant execution.

During the search warrant execution; various controlled substances, to include methamphetamine, were located.  Furthermore, two wanted felony fugitives from Audrain County were located during the search warrant execution.

As a result of the investigation, the following subjects were arrested with referenced charges:

Paul Boles – MO Department of Corrections Parole Absconder warrant, Audrain County Felony warrant for Burglary, and Callaway County probable cause charges of Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, Felony Driving While Revoked, and Felony Resisting Arrest.  The traffic and resisting charges are the result of a pursuit that occurred in the Kingdom City area on October 31, 2017, during which Boles then avoided capture.  Boles was returned to the custody of the Missouri Department of Corrections immediately after his arrest.

Joseph Wyatt – Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance and Tampering in the Second Degree.  The tampering charge is reference an ongoing Callaway County Sheriff’s Office investigation concerning the tampering of / theft of utilities in Kingdom City.  Wyatt was taken to the Callaway County Jail where he is being held on a court-set bond of $4,500.00.

Brittney Snyder – Audrain County Felony warrant for Burglary and Property Damage.  Snyder was taken to the Callaway County Jail where she is being held on a court-set bond of $6,500.00 cash.
