Sydney Ward, 30, of Lee’s Summit, MO

Angelina Wedepohl, 32, of Fulton, MO

Keith Sexton, 40, of Auxvasse, MO

Narrative: 

On March 28, 2021, at 10:08 AM, a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputy was proactively patrolling the Holts Summit area.  During the course of the patrol, the deputy spotted Brian Jarvis, 41, of Holts Summit, MO.  Jarvis was wanted reference a felony Missouri Department of Corrections (MDOC) warrant for state parole violations.  Upon Jarvis observing the deputy, he fled into a residence.  The deputy ultimately located and arrested Jarvis, whom was in possession of methamphetamine.  Jarvis was transported to the Callaway County Jail and later transferred to the custody of MDOC.

On March 26, 2021, at 7:14 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted an investigation in the area of State Road H.  Deputies subsequently arrested Brittany Whittaker, 31, of Fulton, MO.  Whittaker was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and transported to the Callaway County Jail.  The Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney charged Whittaker with Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Whittaker remains in-custody pending bond post.  The Fulton Police Department assisted with the investigation.

On March 25, 2021, at 2:21 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted an investigation in the area of County Road 4012.  During the course of the investigation, deputies located Isaac Snider, 19, of Holts Summit, MO.  Snider was wanted reference a Cole County warrant for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Snider was arrested and transferred to the custody of Cole County authorities.

On March 25, 2021, at 2:25 AM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted an investigation in the area of State Road Z and Interstate 70.  Sheriff’s Office K9 Iro responded to assist and subsequently, heroin was located.  Drew Kugman, 39, of Columbia, MO was arrested for Felony Delivery of a Controlled Substance.  Kugman was transported to the Callaway County Jail, booked/processed, and later released after posting bond.

On March 24, 2021, the Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney charged Nathan MacVittie, 38, of Fulton, MO with the felony offenses of Kidnapping, Assault, and Stealing.  MacVittie had been arrested by Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies on March 23, 2021 during the course of an ongoing kidnapping/assault investigation.  MacVittie was transported to the Callaway County Jail where he remains in-custody without bond, pending later Court bond review and setting.  The Jefferson City Police Department assisted with the investigation.

On March 24, 2021, at 11:34 PM, a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputy was proactively patrolling the Mokane area.  While in the area of County Road 463, the deputy located Hazel Holtmeyer, 33, of Mokane, MO.  Holtmeyer was wanted reference a Boone County felony warrant for failure to appear (original charges of forgery/fraud).  Holtmeyer was arrested, transported to the Callaway County Jail, and later transferred to the custody of Boone County authorities.

On March 24, 2021, at 11:33 PM, a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputy was proactively patrolling the Kingdom City area.  During the course of the patrol, the deputy conducted an investigation in the area of County Road 149 and Old Highway 40. During the investigation, felony level controlled substances were located.  Steven Jones, 62, of Kingdom City, MO was arrested for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Jones was transported to the Callaway County Jail, booked/processed, and later released with summons for Court appearance.

On March 24, 2021, at 6:18 AM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies executed a drug search warrant at a residence in the 800 block of Walnut Street in Fulton.  The search warrant had been obtained as the result of an ongoing Sheriff’s Office investigation.  Subsequently; methamphetamine, other felony level controlled substances, and marijuana was located.  Timothy Canterbury, 33, of Fulton, MO was arrested and transported to the Callaway County Jail.  The Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney charged Canterbury with four counts of Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Canterbury later posted bond and was released pending Court appearance.  The Fulton Police Department and the MUSTANG drug task force assisted with the warrant execution.

On March 23, 2021, at 1:13 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies an investigation involving weapons in the area of County Road 323.  During the course of the investigation, deputies arrested Sydney Ward, 30, of Lee’s Summit, MO and transported to the Callaway County Jail.  The Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney charged Sydney Ward with Felony Unlawful Use of a Weapon.  Ward later posted bond and was released pending Court appearance.

On March 23, 2021, at 12:18 AM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted an investigation in the 5000 block of Jade Road in Kingdom City, MO.  During the course of the investigation, deputies located Angelina Wedepohl, 32, of Fulton, MO.  Wedepohl was wanted reference a Callaway County felony warrant for failure to appear (original charges of stealing/fraud).  Wedepohl was arrested, transported to the Callaway County Jail, booked/processed, and later released after posting bond.

On March 22, 2021, at 12:39 AM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted an investigation in the area of County Road 261.  During the course of the investigation, deputies located Keith Sexton, 40, of Auxvasse, MO.  Sexton was wanted reference numerous felony Boone County warrants for charges of Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, Felony Stealing, Felony Tampering, and Felony Assault.  Sexton was arrested, transported to the Callaway County Jail, and later transferred to the custody of Boone County authorities.
