Sheriff’s Office investigations leads to six additional various felony arrests for burglary, stealing, drug and sex offenses across Callaway County

SHERIFF’S OFFICE PATROL AND INVESTIGATIVE EFFORTS LEAD TO SIX ADDITIONAL FELONY ARRESTS FOR BURGLARY/THEFT, DRUG, AND SEX OFFENSE CRIMES ACROSS THE COUNTY

Shawn Buck, 21, of New Florence

Nicholas Deppe, 20, of Holts Summit

Elizabeth Erbschloe, 36, of Fulton

Norman Goins, 42, of Holts Summit

Lacy McDonald, 29, of Fulton

Jesse DeValle, 39, of Fulton

Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies continue to conduct numerous investigations around the county while also conducting proactive patrols as possible.  Numerous felony arrests were made from November 1, 2019 through November 3, 2019.

Information as follows:

On November 3, 2019, the Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney charged Shawn Buck, 21, of New Florence, MO with the felony offenses of Burglary 1st, Burglary 2nd, Tampering with a Motor Vehicle, and Stealing.  Buck was also charged with an additional misdemeanor property damage offense.  Buck is in-custody at the Callaway County Jail without bond, pending further Court bond review.  The aforementioned charges are the result of multiple burglary and stealing offenses committed in Auxvasse, and investigated by the Sheriff’s Office, during the early morning hours of November 2, 2019.  During the course of the crime spree, two separate residences were burglarized and a vehicle was stolen from a third residence.  Through a follow-up investigation conducted by deputies, Buck was identified as the culprit.  Buck was arrested by deputies on November 2, 2019 at 3:10 PM and taken to the Callaway County Jail.

On November 3, 2019, at approximately 3:30 AM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies, assisted by the Missouri State Highway Patrol and the Holts Summit Police Department, conducted an investigation in the 12000 block of County Road 4039 outside of Holts Summit.  During the course of the investigation, deputies recovered felony level controlled substances from a residence.  Deputies subsequently arrested Nicholas Deppe, 20, of Holts Summit.  Deppe was transported to the Callaway County Jail where he was booked/processed for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Deppe was later released with summons to appear in Court.

On November 2, 2019, at 1:51 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted an investigation in the 8000 block of Robbie’s Road, off County Road 428 near Steedman.  During the course of the investigation, deputies located Elizabeth Erbschloe, 36, of Fulton hiding behind a residence.  Erbschloe had several outstanding Callaway County warrants for charges including Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance (two counts), Felony Tampering with a Motor Vehicle, and Resisting Arrest.  Erbschloe was arrested and transported to the Callaway County Jail where she remains on no bond, pending further Court bond review.

On November 2, 2019, at approximately 11:34 AM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted an investigation in the 700 block of Branch Road near Holts Summit.  Deputies subsequently located Norman Goins, 42, of Holts Summit.  Goins was wanted reference a Callaway County warrant for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance (probation violation).  Goins was arrested and transported to the Callaway County Jail where he is being held on $10,000 cash bond.

On November 1, 2019, at approximately 3:29 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted an investigation in the 8000 block of Robbie’s Road, off County Road 428 near Steedman.  During the course of the investigation, deputies located Lacy McDonald, 29, of Fulton.  McDonald was wanted reference a Callaway County warrant – Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.  McDonald was arrested and transported to the Callaway County Jail where she later posted a $5,000 bond.

On November 1, 2019, at approximately 2:12 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted an investigation in the 5000 block of County Road 311 east of Millersburg.  During the course of the investigation, deputies located Jesse DeValle, 39, of Fulton.  DeValle was wanted reference a Callaway County warrant – Fail to Register as a Sex Offender.  DeValle was arrested and transported to the Callaway County Jail where he remains in-custody pending $1,000 bond.
