Sheriff’s Office investigation near New Bloomfield leads to grand jury indictment for Felony Enticement of a Child

SHERIFF’S OFFICE INVESTIGATION NEAR NEW BLOOMFIELD LEADS TO GRAND JURY INDICTMENT FOR FELONY ENTICEMENT OF A CHILD

Arrested person information:

Thomas Woodworth Jr., 22, of Jackson, MO

Narrative:

On September 20, 2018, the Callaway County Grand Jury indicted Thomas Woodworth Jr., 22, of Jackson, MO for the felony offense of Enticement of a Child.  The indictment was the result of an investigation conducted by the Callaway County Sheriff’s Office near New Bloomfield.  As a result of the indictment, an arrest warrant was issued for Woodworth.

On October 5, 2018, Woodworth was located in Jackson, MO and arrested by the Jackson Police Department.  Later in the day, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office staff traveled to the Cape Girardeau County Jail and extradited Woodworth to the Callaway County Jail.  Woodworth remains in-custody pending a *court set* $50,000.00 bond.
