Roby, Missouri man indicted on Statutory Sodomy, Enticement of a Child

CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE INVESTIGATION NEAR NEW BLOOMFIELD LEADS TO GRAND JURY INDICTMENT

Arrested person:

Christopher Margison, 28, of Roby, MO

On March 1, 2018, the Callaway County grand jury indicted Christopher Margison, 28, of Roby, MO with the felony offenses of Enticement of a Child and Statutory Sodomy 1st.  Subsequently, an arrest warrant was issued for Margison’s arrest.  On March 2, 2018, Margison was located and arrested by the Shannon County Sheriff’s Office in southern Missouri.  Margison is being held on a court-set $25,000.00 cash bond.

The aforementioned charges are the result of a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office investigation initiated on August 25, 2017 near New Bloomfield involving the sexual assault of a child.  Investigators conducted an extensive investigation leading to the Grand Jury indictment on March 1, 2018.
