PROSECUTOR CHARGES FULTON MAN WITH FELONY STEALING AFTER SHERIFF’S OFFICE INVESTIGATION

Narrative:
On November 20, 2018, the Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney charged Bradley Foutes, 29, of Fulton with FELONY Stealing and Fraudulent Use of a Credit/Debit Device. The charges are the result of a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office investigation conducted near Fulton on November 4, 2018. The investigation involved the theft of a wallet from a vehicle.
Foutes is currently being held in the Callaway County Jail for the aforementioned charges, in addition to charges involving a recent burglary investigation conducted by the Fulton Police Department. Foutes is being held on a *court set* bond of $15,000 cash only.
