Kansas City fugitive arrested on a felony warrant for Assault 1st after deputies respond to a suspicious person call

DEPUTIES ARREST KANSAS CITY FUGITIVE NEAR NEW BLOOMFIELD – FELONY ASSAULT CHARGE

Arrested person information:

Christopher Pratt, 19, of Kansas City

Narrative:

On September 6, 2018 at 6:04 AM, a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputy responded to the area of County Road 373 and State Road MM west of New Bloomfield for a suspicious person call.

Upon deputy arrival to the area, the deputy located and identified the subject as Christopher Pratt, 19, of Kansas City, MO.  Upon further investigation, it was determined that Pratt was a wanted fugitive in Independence, MO (Kansas City metro area) for the Class B FELONY offense of Assault 1st.

Pratt was arrested and transported to the Callaway County Jail.  Later in the day, authorities from the Kansas City area responded to Callaway County and took custody of Pratt.
