K9 Iro and K9 Krieger locate methamphetamine and firearms on two separate narcotic investigations in Fulton and Mokane

DEPUTIES – ASSISTED BY K9 IRO AND K9 KRIEGER – ARREST THREE FOR METH RELATED OFFENSES NEAR MOKANE AND FULTON

Kristian Chudej, 32, of Mokane, MO

Cameron McCoy, 24, of Mexico, MO

 

James Murrell, 29, of Fulton, MO

Narrative:

On August 7, 2019, at approximately 12:28 p.m., Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted an investigation in the 9000 block of County Road 445 near Mokane.  Deputies were assisted by Sheriff’s Office K9 Krieger.  During the course of the investigation, deputies recovered methamphetamine, meth related drug paraphernalia, and a firearm.

Kristian Chudej, 32, of Mokane was arrested for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance (meth), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and multiple Callaway County felony warrants for past offenses including Burglary, Stealing, Forgery, and Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Chudej is being held in the Callaway County Jail on $20,000 bond.

Cameron McCoy, 24, of Mexico was arrested for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance (meth), Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, and Unlawful Use of a Firearm.  McCoy is being held in the Callaway County Jail without bond, pending a Court bond setting.

On August 6, 2019, at approximately 11:45 p.m., a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputy conducted a traffic stop on South Business 54 in Fulton reference a vehicle registration violation.  Sheriff’s Office K9 Iro assisted with the traffic stop investigation.  Methamphetamine and a firearm were recovered.

James Murrell, 29, of Fulton was arrested for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance (meth), Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, and Unlawful Use of a Firearm.  Murrell was transported to the Callaway County Jail where he was booked/processed and released on summons for appearance in Court.
