Jefferson City fugitive arrested for felony warrant, found to be in possession of methamphetamine and stolen property

Paul Kremer, 31, of Jefferson City


On March 8, 2018 at approximately 5:45 PM, a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputy was patrolling Autumn Ridge Drive near Holts Summit.  During the patrol, the deputy saw Paul Kremer, 31, of Jefferson City operating a vehicle.  The deputy knew Kremer to be a wanted fugitive from Boone County (wanted for Felony Stealing).

The deputy subsequently stopped Kremer and took him into custody.  During the roadside investigation, Kremer was found to be in possession of Methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, in addition to stolen property from Osage County, MO.   The stolen property was recovered.

Kremer was transported to the Callaway County Jail.  On March 9, 2018, the Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney formally charged Kremer with Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Stealing.  Kremer remains in-custody on a COURT SET bond of $31,000.00.

The Callaway County Sheriff’s Office continues to assist the Osage County Sheriff’s Office with the stolen property investigation in Osage County.
