SHERIFF’S OFFICE INVESTIGATION OF CHILD SEX ABUSE NEAR HOLTS SUMMIT RESULTS IN CHARGE FILED BY PROSECUTING ATTORNEY

Wesley Dailey, 19, of Holts Summit
On April 5, 2018, the Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney formally charged Wesley Dailey, 19, of Holts Summit with the Felony offense of Sexual Abuse 1st. The charge is the result of a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office child sexual abuse investigation conducted near Holts Summit. The initial investigation began on February 1, 2018.
As the result of the investigation, Dailey was arrested by Callaway County deputies on February 19, 2018. Dailey was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail where he posted a COURT SET bond of 6,500.00. Dailey was released, per the court bond posting, pending formal filing of charges and court appearance.
