Grand jury indicts Fulton woman for child sex offenses after Sheriff’s Office investigation

GRAND JURY INDICTS FULTON WOMAN FOR CHILD SEXUAL OFFENSES AFTER SHERIFF’S OFFICE INVESTIGATION

Jamiey Metcalf, 24, of Fulton

Narrative: 

On September 6, 2018, the Callaway County Grand Jury indicted Jaimey Metcalf, 24, of Fulton for the felony offenses of Sexual Misconduct Involving a Child, Abuse/Neglect of a Child, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.  Subsequent to the Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney filing the indictment with the Court, an arrest warrant was issued.  Metcalf surrendered herself to the Sheriff’s Office on September 9, 2018 and remains in-custody at the Callaway County Jail on a court set bond of $75,000.00.

The aforementioned charges are the result of a lengthy investigation conducted by the Callaway County Sheriff’s Office, assisted by the State of Missouri Children’s Division, regarding the alleged abuse/neglect offenses that occurred near Fulton.

This investigation is ongoing and further arrests/charges are possible.
