Arrested person information:

Carlin Humphrey, 43, of Fulton

Narrative:

On June 22, 2018, the Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office charged 43 year old Carlin Humphrey with Felony Identity Theft.  In December, 2017, deputies started an investigation after a citizen reported credit cards were obtained in their name and thousands of dollars were spent on online purchases.
