Fulton man arrested for weapons offenses and methamphetamine possession after disturbance near Carrington

CALLAWAY PROSECUTOR CHARGES FULTON MAN WITH METH AND WEAPONS OFFENSES

Arrested person information:

Joseph Garrett, 31, of Fulton

Narrative:

On April 16, 2019, the Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney charged Joseph Garrett, 31, of Fulton with the felony offenses of Unlawful Use of a Weapon, Domestic Assault, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth), and Tampering with a Victim.  Garrett is currently being held in the Callaway County Jail on $25,000.00 bond.

The charges are the result of a weapons investigation conducted by Callaway County deputies near Carrington on April 15, 2019.  Deputies subsequently located Garrett on County Road 326 near Carrington and arrested him.  At the time of Garrett’s arrest, he was found to be in possession of methamphetamine.
