Fulton man arrested for distribution of methamphetamine after narcotics search warrant in Fulton

SHERIFF’S OFFICE INVESTIGATION IN FULTON LEADS TO FELONY ARREST FOR DELIVERY OF METH

Timmy Tyrell Johnson, 39, of Fulton

Narrative:

On April 9, 2019, at 4:45 AM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies, with the assistance of the Fulton Police Department – Special Response Unit, executed a drug search warrant at a residence in the 300 block of Northwest Street in Fulton.  The search warrant had been obtained as the result of a drug investigation conducted by the Callaway County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies subsequently recovered a substantial quantity (approximately 60 grams) of methamphetamine , a firearm, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.

Deputies arrested Timmy Tyrell Johnson, 39, of Fulton for the felony offenses of Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Meth), Unlawful Possession of a Weapon (Felon in Possession), and Unlawful Use of a Weapon  Johnson was further arrested for misdemeanor marijuana and drug paraphernalia offenses.

Johnson was transported to the Callaway County Jail where he is being held on a $14,500.00 bond.
