Fulton man arrested for delivery of methamphetamine after Sheriff’s Office investigation outside of Calwood

FELONY METH DELIVERY CHARGE FILED BY PROSECUTOR AFTER SHERIFF’S OFFICE INVESTIGATION IN CALWOOD

Arrested person information:

Justin Thurston, 36, of Fulton, MO

 

Narrative:

On October 29, 2019, the Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney charged Justin Thurston, 36, of Fulton with the felony offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Meth).  Thurston remains in-custody at the Callaway County Jail pending $10,000 bond.  The charge is the result of an ongoing drug investigation conducted by the Callaway County Sheriff’s Office.

On October 28, 2019, at 3:31 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies executed a drug related search warrant in the 3000 block of State Road JJ in Calwood.  Deputies subsequently recovered methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.  Thurston was arrested by deputies at the target residence and transported to the county jail.

The investigation is ongoing and further arrests/charges are possible.
