Fulton man arrested for Felony Violation of Order of Protection

On September 6, 2017, the Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney charged Timothy Stewart, 41, of Fulton with Felony Violation of a Protection Order – 2nd or subsequent offense.  Stewart is being held in the Callaway County Jail on a court set bond of $10,000.00.

The charges are the result of a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office investigation conducted on September 6, 2017.  On that date, deputies investigated a reported (felony) violation of a protection order offense that occurred in the Fulton area.  Stewart was identified as the suspect, located, and arrested.  The Fulton Police Department assisted with the investigation.

Of reference, Stewart was also arrested by Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies in Mokane on September 2, 2017 as the result of an investigation in that area.  On that date, Stewart was taken to the Callaway County Jail, booked / processed for Stalking 2nd, and placed on a court set bond of $1,000.00 which he later posted.
