Fulton man arrested for Delivery of a Imitation Controlled Substance after traffic stop in Fulton

Kevin Scott Jr., 35, of Fulton

Narrative: 

On January 8, 2018 at approximately 1:22 PM, a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputy observed Kevin Scott Jr., 35, of Fulton operating a motor vehicle with a suspended driver’s license.  A traffic stop was conducted near the intersection of 2nd and Court streets in Fulton.

During the course of the traffic stop investigation, Scott was found to possess an imitation controlled substance, in addition to other items related to narcotics activity.  Scott was subsequently arrested for FELONY Delivery of an Imitation Controlled Substance and transported to the Callaway County Jail.  Scott was held on a court set bond of $2,000.00, which he later posted and was released pending court appearance.
