Fulton man arrested after deputies respond to suspicious vehicle incident in Hams Prairie

HAMS PRAIRIE INVESTIGATION LEADS TO METH ARREST

Arrested person information:

Brandon Hughes, 22, of Fulton

Narrative:

On August 10, 2018 at 11:21 p.m.., Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted a suspicious activity investigation in the 7000 block of County Road 409 in Hams Prairie.  During the course of the investigation, deputies came into contact with Brandon Hughes, 22, of Fulton.

During the course of the investigation, Hughes was found to be in possession of methamphetamine.  Hughes was subsequently arrested for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – prior offender.  Hughes was transported to the Callaway County Jail where he remains on a court-set bond of $4,500.00.
