Fulton female arrested for Tampering and two felony warrants after deputies stop stolen vehicle

Narrative: 

On September 28, 2017, the Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney charged Crystal Clark, 32, of Fulton with FELONY Tampering with a Motor Vehicle 1st Degree and Driving While Revoked.   Clark remains in custody at the Callaway County Jail without bond.

On September 27, 2017 at approximately 9:16 p.m., a Callaway County deputy was patrolling County Road 262 in northwest Callaway County.  While on patrol, the deputy observed a vehicle traveling the county roadway that had been reported stolen to the Fulton Police Department.  The deputy subsequently stopped the vehicle and identified the driver as Crystal Clark, 32, of Fulton.  Clark was subsequently arrested.

At the time of Clark’s arrest, it was further determined she was wanted on several warrants, to include:  Missouri Department of Corrections parole warrant, Cole County felony probation violation warrant, and a Boone County traffic warrant.
