Fulton female arrested for heroin delivery after traffic stop by Callaway County Deputies

On March 1, 2018 at 12:29 PM, the Callaway County Sheriff’s Office arrested Yolanda Hopkins, 41, of Fulton for the felony offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Heroin) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  The arrest was the result of an investigation conducted by the Callaway County Sheriff’s Office and the MUSTANG drug task force.  Hopkins was arrested during an investigative traffic stop in the 300 block of South Business 54 in Fulton.
