Felony investigations result in 6 arrests for various felony offenses between August 13 and August 16

FELONY ARRESTS FOR BURGLARY, THEFT, AND DRUG OFFENSES CONTINUE

Arrested person information:

Irvin Rill, 62, of Sedalia, MO

David Robinson, 63, of Auxvasse, MO

Chastidy Hoover, 31, of Auxvasse, MO

Lisa Gentry, 38, of Fulton, MO

William Bishop, 23, of Fulton, MO

Tyler Leeper, 31, of Fulton, MO

Narrative: 

On July 17, 2020, at approximately 2:40 a.m., Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a business alarm at a Mokane business.  Upon deputy arrival, the alarm was confirmed and a burglary offense was discovered.  Through a follow-up investigation, deputies identified the burglar as Irvin Rill, 62, of Sedalia, MO.  Investigative reports were submitted to the Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney and the Court subsequently issued a warrant for Rill’s arrest.  On August 13, 2020, Rill was located in the metro Kansas City area and transported to the Jackson County, MO Jail where he later posted bond and was released pending Court appearance.  The Missouri State Highway Patrol – Division of Drug and Crime Control (DDCC) assisted with the investigation.

At the time of the Mokane burglary offense, Rill was under the supervision of the MO Board of Probation and Parole for past burglary offenses.

On August 16, 2020, at approximately 4:57 PM, a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office K9 unit was proactively patrolling State Road E east of Hatton.  During the patrol, the K9 unit attempted to stop David Robinson, 63, of Auxvasse, MO for a traffic violation.  Robinson attempted to flee on adjoining County Road 245 and County Road 282.  Robinson was subsequently apprehended and arrested.  Robinson was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and other controlled substances.  Robinson was transported to the Callaway County Jail where he was charged with felony offenses of Delivery of a Controlled Substance and Resisting Arrest.  Robinson remains in-custody pending $20,000 bond.

On August 15, 2020, at approximately 4:21 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted a criminal investigation in the Millersburg area.  During the course of the investigation, deputies arrested Chastidy Hoover, 31, of Auxvasse, MO for Felony Stealing at a local business.  Hoover was arrested, transported to the Callaway County Jail, and later released with summons for later Court appearance.

On August 14, 2020, at approximately 11:48 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted a criminal investigation in Auxvasse.  During the course of the investigation, deputies located William Bishop, 23, of Auxvasse, MO.  Bishop was wanted reference a Cass County warrant for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Bishop was arrested and transported to the Callaway County Jail.  Bishop was later transferred to the custody of the Cass County Jail.

On August 14, 2020, at approximately 2:10 AM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted a criminal investigation in Fulton.  During the course of the investigation, deputies located Tyler Leeper, 31, of Fulton, MO.  Leeper was wanted reference a Callaway County warrant for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Leeper was arrested, transported to the Callaway County Jail, and remains in-custody pending $5,000 cash bond.
