Deputy arrest Columbia fugitive for stealing / vehicle theft warrants and resisting arrest from a previous investigation

CALLAWAY DEPUTIES ARREST COLUMBIA FUGITIVE WANTED FOR FELONY STEALING AND VEHICLE THEFT OFFENSES

Arrested person information:

Jason Pattillo, 43, of Columbia

Narrative: 

On May 30, 2018 at 4:54 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies stopped a vehicle on 2nd Street in Fulton for a traffic violation.  Deputies subsequently identified the driver as Jason Pattillo, 43, of Columbia.  It was determined that Pattillo was a wanted fugitive in Boone County for Felony Stealing (in excess of $25,000.00) and Tampering with a Motor Vehicle offenses.  The Boone County warrants for Pattillo ordered a total bond of $71,000.00.

Pattillo was taken into custody and transported to the Callaway County Jail.  Pattillo was further booked/processed for Callaway County Sheriff’s Office probable cause offenses of Felony Resisting Arrest and Felony Driving While Revoked.  On May 23, 2018, during an investigation near Steedman resulting in the recovery of two stolen vehicles, Pattillo then fled the area on foot upon deputy arrival.
