Deputies make three felony arrests during investigations across Callaway County

DEPUTY PATROLS AND INVESTIGATIONS NET THREE ADDITIONAL FELONY ARRESTS

Arrested person information:

Charles Thomas, 58, of Robinsville, NC

Holliann Crow, 24, of Fulton, MO

Michael Trail, 22, of Monett, MO

Narrative:

On July 16, 2019, at approximately 9:20 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies, assisted by the Missouri State Highway Patrol, investigated a disturbance at a business in the 3000 block of Gold Road in Kingdom City.  Deputies subsequently arrested Charles Thomas, 58, of Robinsville, NC for probable cause offenses of Felony Assault, Armed Criminal Action, and Unlawful Possession of a Weapon.  Thomas was transported to the Callaway County Jail and booked/processed for the aforementioned charges.  Thomas was later released on bond pending Court appearance.

On July 16, 2019, at approximately 10:49 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Holliann Crow, 24, of Fulton for the felony offenses of Tampering with a Motor Vehicle 1st and Resisting Arrest.  Crow attempted to flee deputies at the time of arrest.  Earlier in the day, deputies investigated a stolen vehicle offense in the area of County Road 108 near State Road Z east of Fulton.  The vehicle was later recovered.  Crow was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and remains in-custody.

On July 17, 2019, at approximately 12:06 AM, a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputy conducted a suspicious activity investigation on County Road 1005 in Williamsburg.  During the course of the investigation, the deputy came into contact with Michael Trial, 22, of Monett, MO.  It was determined that Trial was a wanted fugitive from Lawrence County, MO – charge of Felony Stolen Property.  Trial was arrested and transported to the Callaway County Jail.  Trial is being held without bond pending transfer to Lawrence County authorities.
