Deputies make several arrests for felony theft and drug offenses during patrols

FELONY ARRESTS CONTINUE FOR DRUG AND THEFT OFFENSES AS THE RESULT OF SHERIFF’S OFFICE PROACTIVE PATROLS AND INVESTIGATIONS

Arrested person information:

Roxie Jackson, 46, of St. Louis, MO

Marie Luecke, 36, of Columbia

Dena Shockley, 47, of Eldon, MO

Ashley Suggett, 34, of Holts Summit, MO

Narrative: 

On June 15, 2020, at 11:31 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted an investigation in the 3000 block of County Road 211 in Kingdom City.  During the course of the investigation, deputies arrested Roxie Jackson, 46, of St. Louis, MO reference a Cole County warrant for fraud.  At the time of Jackson’s arrest, she was found to be in possession of Cocaine.  Jackson was transported to the Callaway County Jail where she was booked/processed for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Jackson later posted bond and was released pending Court appearance.

On June 12, 2020, at 9:12 AM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted a stealing investigation in the 1500 block of State Road WW near Millersburg.  During the course of the investigation, deputies arrested Marie Luecke, 36, of Columbia.  Luecke was transported to the Callaway County Jail where she was booked/processed for Felony Stealing.  Luecke later posted bond and was released pending Court appearance.

On June 9, 2020, at 8:26 PM, a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputy was proactively patrolling the Kingdom City area.  During the course of the patrol, the deputy stopped a vehicle near the US Highway 54 – County Road 211 intersection.  During the investigation, the deputy identified Dena Shockley, 47, of Eldon as a vehicle occupant.  Shockley was found to possess a large amount of heroin and was arrested.  Shockley was transported to the Callaway County Jail where she was booked/processed for Felony Delivery of a Controlled Substance.  Shockley later posted bond and was released pending Court appearance.

On June 9, 2020, at 5:42 AM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted a stealing investigation in the 3000 block of Gold Road in Kingdom City.  During the course of investigation, deputies arrested Ashley Suggett, 34, of Holts Summit for felony stealing.  At the time of Suggett’s arrest, she was also wanted reference two felony Boone County warrants for Resisting Arrest and Probation Violation.  Suggett was transported to the Callaway County Jail where she remains in-custody pending bond posting.
