Deputies make nine felony arrests between June 21 and June 29 during patrol and investigations

DEPUTIES MAKE NINE (9) ADDITIONAL FELONY ARRESTS AS THE RESULT OF PROACTIVE PATROLS AND INVESTIGATIONS

Noelle Cook, 36, of Florrisant, MO

Daniel Nash, 47, of Kingdom City, MO

Robert Morgan, 44, of Vandalia, MO

Laporscha Mondaine, 29, of Kansas City, MO

Jason Lewis, 38, of Raytown, MO

Randall Moore, 50, of Fulton, MO

Gabriel Horstman, 40, of Columbia, MO

Austin Martell, 19, of Kingdom City, MO

Matthew Haulenbeek, 29, of Centertown, MO

 

Narrative: 

On June 29, 2020, at 3:18 AM, a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputy was traveling US Highway 54 near County Road 176.  The deputy subsequently stopped Noelle Cook, 36, of Florrisant, MO for driving eastbound in the westbound lanes of US Highway 54.  During the course of the traffic stop investigation, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office K9 Iro responded to assist, leading to the recovery of methamphetamine.  Cook was arrested and transported to the Callaway County Jail where she was booked/processed for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Cook was later released with summons for later Court appearance.

On June 28, 2020, at 8:29 PM, a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputy was proactively patrolling County Road 260.  During the course of the patrol, the deputy stopped Daniel Nash, 47, of Kingdom City, MO for a traffic violation.  Callaway County Sheriff’s Office K9 Iro responded to assist, leading to the recovery of methamphetamine.  Nash was arrested and transported to the Callaway County Jail where he was booked/processed for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Nash later posted a $10,000 bond and was released pending Court appearance.

On June 28, 2020, at 1:18 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies investigated a disturbance in the 1300 block of US Highway 54.  During the course of the investigation, deputies contacted Robert Morgan, 44, of Vandalia, MO.  It was determined Morgan was wanted by the Missouri Department of Corrections for felony probation violations (in Audrain County).  Morgan was arrested and transported to the Callaway County Jail where he was booked/processed.  Morgan is being held without bond pending transfer to Audrain County.

On June 28, 2020, at 8:21 AM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies investigated a disturbance that occurred along Interstate 70 near the Williamsburg interchange.  During the course of the investigation, it was determined the victim had been stabbed multiple times with a fork.  Subsequently, Laporscha Mondaine, 29, of Kansas City, MO was arrested and later charged with Felony Domestic Assault 3rd by the Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney.  Mondaine was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail where she remains in-custody pending $4,500 bond.  Another vehicle occupant, Jason Lewis, 38, of Raytown, MO was arrested reference a Cass County warrant for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Lewis remains in-custody at the Callaway County Jail pending $750.00 cash only bond.  During the course of the investigation, deputies also recovered a vehicle that had been stolen in Kansas City, MO.  The investigation continues and further arrests/charges are possible.  The Fulton Police Department assisted with the initial investigation.

On June 28, 2020, at 12:51 AM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted a criminal investigation in the 3000 block of County Road 211 in Kingdom City.  During the course of the investigation, deputies contacted Randall Moore, 50, of Fulton, MO.  Deputies subsequently recovered methamphetamine.  Moore was arrested and transported to the Callaway County Jail where he was booked/processed for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Moore later posted $4,500 bond and was released pending Court appearance.

On June 25, 2020, at 3:28 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted a criminal investigation on County Road 409.  During the course of the investigation, deputies contacted Gabriel Horstman, 40, of Columbia, MO.  Deputies determined that Horstman was wanted reference a felony Callaway County warrant for probation violation (original charge of assault).  Horstman was arrested and transported to the Callaway County Jail where he later posted a $25,000 bond and was released.

On June 22, 2020, at 3:24 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted a criminal investigation in the 3000 block of Gold Road in Kingdom City.  During the course of the investigation, deputies contacted Austin Martell, 19, of Kingdom City, MO.  Deputies determined that Martell was wanted reference an Audrain County felony warrant for Burglary.  Martell was arrested and transported to the Callaway County Jail where was booked/processed.  Martell was later transferred to the custody of the Audrain County Jail.

On June 21, 2020, at 4:44 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted a follow-up investigation concerning a felony theft offense that occurred along Old Highway 54 in the New Bloomfield area.  During the course of the follow-up investigation, deputies arrested Matthew Haulenbeek, 29, of Centertown, MO.  At the time of arrest, Haulenbeek was in possession of drug paraphernalia.  Haulenbeek was transported to the Callaway County Jail where he was booked/processed for Felony Stealing and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Haulenbeek later posted a $1,500 bond and was released pending Court appearance.
