Deputies make 13 felony arrests between November 5 and November 12

MULTIPLE FELONY ARRESTS MADE FOR SLEW OF OFFENSES AS RESULT OF FOLLOW-UP INVESTIGATIONS AND PROACTIVE PATROLS

Narrative: 

On November 12, 2020, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted follow-up reference an ongoing investigation into a felony property damage / theft offense in the Kingdom City area.  Subsequently; Jared Greer, 39, of Fulton, MO was arrested for felony Property Damage and Stealing.  Greer was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and later released with summons for Court appearance.

On November 12, 2020, at approximately 11:57 AM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted a criminal investigation in the Millersburg area.  During the course of the investigation, deputies arrested Jason Pattillo, 45, of Columbia, MO for Felony Driving While Revoked and Possession of Drug (meth) Paraphernalia.  Pattillo was transported to the Callaway County Jail, booked/processed, and later released with summons for Court appearance.

On November 11, 2020, at approximately 10:07 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted a criminal investigation in the Kingdom City area. During the course of the investigation, deputies located Kevin Brake, 59, of Rolla, MO hiding in a residential bathroom.  Brake was wanted by the Missouri Department of Corrections for felony parole violations.  Brake was arrested, transported to the Callaway County Jail, and later transferred to the custody of the Missouri Department of Corrections.

On November 11, 2020, at approximately 12:20 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted a criminal investigation in the Fulton area.  During the course of the investigation, deputies located John Stringer, 58, of Fulton, MO  Stinger was wanted reference a Callaway County felony probation violation warrant (original charge – fail to register as a sex offender).  Stringer was arrested and transported to the Callaway County Jail where he remains in-custody pending bond post.

On November 11, 2020, a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputy conducted follow-up reference an ongoing investigation into a felony theft offense in the Tebbetts area.  Subsequently; Hazel Holtmeyer, 33, of Fulton, MO was arrested for Felony Stealing (receiving stolen property).  Holtmeyer was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and later released after bond post.

On November 10, 2020, at approximately 6:01 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted an investigation in the area of State Road NN.  During the course of the investigation, deputies located Paul Arney, 47, of Fulton, MO.  Arney was wanted reference a Missouri Department of Corrections felony probation violation warrant.  Arney was arrested and transported to the Callaway County Jail.  Subsequently, a Circuit Court felony probation warrant was issued to supersede the original warrant.

On November 7, 2020, at approximately 11:19 AM, a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputy was proactively patrolling the McCredie area (County Road 240).  During the course of patrol, the deputy stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation.  Methamphetamine was subsequently discovered.  Joe Sherrill, 49, of Kingdom City, MO was arrested for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance in addition to two outstanding Callaway County warrants.  Sherrill was transported to the Callaway County Jail, booked/processed, and later released upon posting bond.

On November 6, 2020, at approximately 7:53 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted a criminal investigation in the area of State Road AA between Holts Summit and Tebbetts.  During the course of the investigation, deputies located Jamie Eggleston, 35, of Jefferson City, MO.  Eggleston was wanted reference two felony Cole County warrants for drug and property damage offenses.  Eggleston was arrested and transported to the Callaway County Jail where he remains in-custody.

On November 6, 2020, a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputy conducted follow-up reference an ongoing investigation into a burglary offense in the New Bloomfield area.  Subsequently; Aaron Raps, 31, of Holts Summit, MO was arrested for Burglary 1st.  Raps was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and later released after bond post.

On November 6, 2020, at approximately 5:12 AM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted a criminal investigation in the Green Meadows neighborhood near Fulton.  During the course of the investigation; Zackary Ray, 22, of Auxvasse, MO was arrested for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance (meth). Ray was transported to the Callaway County Jail, booked/processed, and later released after posting bond.

On November 5, 2020, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted follow-up reference a residential burglary offense that occurred in the area of State Road OO near Holts Summit.  Subsequently; Darik Giarratano, 20, of Jefferson City, MO was arrested for felony offenses of Burglary 1st and Stealing.  Giarratano remains in-custody at the Callaway County Jail.

On November 5, 2020, at approximately 2:45 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted an investigation in the area of County Road 132 near Williamsburg.  During the course of the investigation, deputies located James Drowns, 42, and Melinda Drowns, 36, of Williamsburg, MO.  The couple was wanted reference felony warrants out of St. Louis and St. Charles counties for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Both were arrested, transported to the Callaway County Jail, and later transferred to the custody of St. Louis authorities.
