NARCOTICS SEARCH WARRANT EXECUTED ON STATE ROAD H WEST OF FULTON — FELON ARRESTED FOR DRUG AND FIREARMS OFFENSES

On Monday, April 2, 2018 at approximately 7:12 AM, the Callaway County Sheriff’s Office executed a Callaway County narcotics search warrant in the 4200 block of State Road H west of Fulton. The search warrant had been obtained as the result of a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office narcotics investigation. The Fulton Police Department – Special Response Unit and the MUSTANG drug task force assisted with the search warrant execution.
During the search warrant execution; methamphetamine, firearms, marijuana, and evidence of drug sales was located. Subsequently, David Young, 45, of Fulton was arrested for several FELONY offenses, to wit: Unlawful Possession of a Firearm (Felon in Possession), Unlawful Use of a Firearm, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Delivery of a Controlled Substance. Young has several past felony convictions, thus for, he is prohibited by state and federal law from possessing firearms.
Young was transported to the Callaway County Jail where he was booked / processed for the aforementioned offenses. Young is being held without bond pending a court bond setting.
