Deputies end week with arrests for meth, weapon and warrants

METH, WEAPON, AND WARRANT ARRESTS ROUND OUT ANOTHER WEEK AT THE SHERIFF’S OFFICE!

Anna Johnson, 48, of Fulton, MO

Mitchell Henderson, 63, of Fulton, MO

Nicholas Brown, 32, of Auxvasse, MO

Timothy Dye, 35, of Fulton, MO

Maranda Scoggins, 21, of Fulton, MO

Brandon Vanstory, 35, of Fulton, MO

Christy Comer, 34, of Fulton, MO

Narrative:            

On February 12, 2021, at 1:25 AM, a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputy was proactively patrolling State Road F.  During the course of the proactive patrol, the deputy stopped a vehicle reference a traffic violation.  Methamphetamine was subsequently located.  Anna Johnson, 48, of Fulton, MO was arrested for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance and transported to the Callaway County Jail.  Johnson was later released with summons for Court appearance.

On February 11, 2021, at 2:57 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies – assisted by the Fulton Police Department and the MUSTANG drug task force – executed a drug related search warrant in the 700 block of Bluff Street in Fulton.  The search warrant had been obtained as the result of an ongoing Sheriff’s Office drug investigation.  Methamphetamine and crack cocaine were located.  Mitchell Henderson, 63, of Fulton, MO was arrested and charged with two felony counts of Delivering a Controlled Substance.  Henderson later posted bond at the Callaway County Jail and was released.

On February 10, 2021, at 2:24 AM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies investigated a disturbance involving weapons in the area of County Road 282 near Hatton.  During the course of the investigation, Nicholas Brown, 32, of Auxvasse, MO was arrested and charged with Felony Unlawful Use of a Weapon.  Brown was transported to the Callaway County Jail and remains in-custody pending bond post.

On February 8, 2021, at 6:23 AM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies – assisted by the Fulton Police Department and the MUSTANG drug task force – executed a drug related search warrant in the 800 block of Grand Street in Fulton.  The search warrant had been obtained as the result of an ongoing Sheriff’s Office drug investigation.  Methamphetamine and other controlled substances were located.  Timothy Dye, 35, of Fulton, MO was arrested and charged with Felony Unlawful Use of a Weapon and Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Dye remains in-custody at the Callaway County Jail without bond, pending later Court bond review and setting.  Maranda Scoggins, 21, of Fulton, MO was arrested for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.  Scoggins was transported to the Callaway County Jail and later released after posting bond.  Brandon Vanstory, 35, of Fulton, MO was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Vanstory was transported to the Callaway County Jail and later released after posting bond.

On February 8, 2021, at 1:45 AM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies investigated a disturbance in the area of County Road 350 near Millersburg.  During the course of the investigation, Christy Comer, 34, of Fulton, MO was arrested reference an Audrain County warrant for Felony Fraudulent Use of a Credit/Debit Device.  Comer was transported to the Callaway County Jail and later transferred to the custody of the Audrain County Jail.
