Deputies continue to make felony arrests for burglary, theft, fugitives and felony narcotics

FELONY BURGLARY/THEFT, DRUG, AND WARRANT ARRESTS CONTINUE ACROSS THE COUNTY

Dwain Ellis, 41, of Fulton, MO

Tony Hogan, 37, of Kingdom City, MO

Dale Chaney, 57, of Williamsburg, MO

Ryan White, 38, of Auxvasse, MO

Narrative: 

On October 19, 2020, at approximately 3:55 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted an investigation in the area of State Road C.  During the course of the investigation, deputies searched a residence and found Stephanie Ruckman, 38, of Fulton, MO hiding in a closet.  Ruckman was wanted reference a Callaway County felony warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Ruckman was arrested, transported to the Callaway County Jail, and remains in-custody pending bond posting.

On October 17, 2020, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies – assisted by the Fulton Police Department – arrested Gary Moore, 35, of Fulton, MO for the felony offenses of Burglary and Stealing.  The charges were the result of an ongoing burglary investigation being conducted in the area of Deer Run Road.  Moore was transported to the Callaway County Jail, booked/processed, and later released upon bond posting.

On October 14, 2020, at approximately 4:36 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted an investigation in the 5000 block of Janice Drive.  During the course of the investigation, felony controlled substances were located.  Dwain Ellis, 41, of Fulton, MO and Tony Hogan, 37, of Kingdom City, MO were arrested for felony offenses of Manufacturing a Controlled Substance and Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Ellis was also wanted referenced a Callaway County felony drug warrant.  Both were transported to the Callaway County Jail, booked/processed, and later released upon bond posting.

On October 14, 2020, at approximately 2:41 AM, a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputy as proactively patrolling the area of State Road D and County Road 134.  During the course of the patrol, the deputy stopped Dale Chaney, 57, of Williamsburg, MO for a traffic violation.  Chaney was found to have a felony warrant for his arrest issued by Camden County, reference a sex offender violation.  Chaney was arrested, transported to the Callaway County Jail, booked/processed, and later released upon bond posting.

On October 13, 2020, at approximately 6:04 PM, a Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputy was proactively patrolling the area of State Road E.  During the course of the patrol, the deputy stopped Ryan White, 38, of Auxvasse, MO for a traffic violation.  Subsequently, a felony based controlled substance was located.  White was arrested, transported to the Callaway County Jail, and booked/processed for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance.  White was later released with summons for Court appearance.
