DEPUTIES EXECUTE DRUG SEARCH WARRANT – ARREST FULTON MAN FOR DELIVERY OF METH

Joshua Byrd, 29, of Fulton
On September 5, 2018 at 5:45 AM, the Callaway County Sheriff’s Office executed a Callaway County drug search warrant at a residence in the 200 block of St. Francis Street in Fulton. The warrant had been obtained as the result of a drug investigation conducted by the Callaway County Sheriff’s Office.
The Fulton Police Department – Special Response Unit (SRU) and the MUSTANG drug task force assisted with the subsequent search warrant execution.
During the search warrant execution; methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia were located.
Deputies subsequently arrested Joshua Byrd, 29, of Fulton for FELONY Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Meth), FELONY Maintaining a Public Nuisance, Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia – Prior Offender, and Possession of Marijuana.
Byrd is being held in the Callaway County Jail on the aforementioned probable cause offenses awaiting a judge bond setting.
Of reference, deputies previously executed a drug search warrant at the same residence on June 19, 2018, resulting in Byrd then being arrested for felony drug charges. Byrd was later released from jail after posting a bond set by the Court.
