Deputies, assisted by K9 Iro, make multiple felony arrests for Burglary, Stealing, Possession controlled substances and weapon offenses on Saturday

SHERIFF’S OFFICE RURAL PATROLS AND INVESTIGATIONS – ASSISTED BY CCSO K9 UNIT – NETS FELONY ARRESTS FOR BURGLARY, STEALING, DRUG, AND WEAPONS OFFENSES

Narrative:

On June 29, 2019, at approximately 8:54 AM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted a criminal investigation in the 5000 block of County Road 204 west of Fulton.  Deputies conducted the investigation as a follow-up to various theft related offenses across the county.  As a result of the investigation, several items of stolen property were located; items which had been stolen from the Millersburg, Kingdom City, and Fulton areas.  Also, with the assistance of CCSO K9 Iro, several drug related items were located including methamphetamine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and other felony controlled substances.

Subsequently;

Timothy Shane Rice, 35, of Fulton was arrested for several felony offenses including Burglary, Stealing, Tampering with a Motor Vehicle 1st, and Forgery.  Rice is currently in-custody at the Callaway County Jail on $30,000 cash bond.

Crystal Jones, 44, of Fulton was arrested for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Jones was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and later released on bond.

Mary Eells, 30, of Fulton was arrested for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Eells was booked/processed at the Callaway County Jail and later released on bond.

On June 29, 2019, at approximately 8:47 PM, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office deputies conducted an investigation on State Road F in the Fulton area.  During the course of the investigation, Thomas Buckner, 53, of Fulton was arrested for Unlawful (Felon in) Possession of a Firearm, in addition to a felony driving offense.  Buckner was transported to the Callaway County Jail and remains in-custody on $6,000 bond.
