Deputies assisted by HSPD make burglary and methamphetamine arrest outside of Holts Summit

CALLAWAY COUNTY DEPUTIES AND HOLTS SUMMIT OFFICERS JOIN TO MAKE BURGLARY AND METH RELATED ARREST

Arrested person information: 

Timothy Morgan, 43, of Holts Summit

Narrative:

On September 17, 2019, at approximately 12:11 AM, Timothy Morgan, 43, of Holts Summit was arrested during a joint investigation conducted by the Callaway County Sheriff’s Office and the Holts Summit Police Department. The investigation concerned burglary offense(s) along State Road AA just outside of Holts Summit.  Stolen property was later recovered in Holts Summit. Furthermore, at the time of Morgan’s arrest, he was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

Morgan was transported to the Callaway County Jail where he was booked/processed for the felony offenses of Burglary and Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, in addition to misdemeanor stealing and drug paraphernalia offenses.  Morgan was later released with summons to appear in Court.
